There are so many wonderful desserts. You can find many by searching lactose free desserts. My daughter does not eat any dairy or wheat and made a pumpkin dessert that was delicious. I would suggest fresh fruit, and dark chocolate. You could also soak fruit in a liquor for a special-flavored dessert.
Yes, I know a website with amazing egg-less and quite a few dairy-free dessert recipes. I am sure you'll find something to her liking. You can always substitute Earth Balance or any other organic GMO-free margarine for butter... or substitute soy milk when a recipe calls for cow's milk.

I would definitely use coconut milk instead of soy milk. This site generally has some pretty great recipes, and they have videos with them.

The easiest desserts that are lactose free are jello, fresh fruit and cooked fruit. Apple pie is especially wouldful this time of year. A large fruit tart is also quite nice.
