That particular product "may" be vegan. But that company is one of the worst when it comes to nutrition not to mention that vegetarian dumplings were cooked on the same places as the animal products. PF chang dishes are some on the worst for you in the country and we live in one of the worst countries for food. My advice is make your own asian dishes if you are a real vegan and if you even care a little about about your health. You can make nutritious asian dishes that are way more tasty than PF changs for much less money.

I don't believe they are (for some reason I remember egg being an ingredient in the shell)... but as the above person stated, you are much better off phoning the restaurant and speaking to one of the cooks... they can easily look at the ingredients list you're after (and it will help you avoid any mis-communication with a waiter during your visit).

EDIT::
No need to be a jackwad. You asked, and we gave you advice. You obviously followed it. Sorry you felt put out having to research your own food.

What if you called the restaurant and spoke to an employee or a cook? When I'm unsure of a menu item I like to do that beforehand, to avoid frustrating waiters and causing awkward moments with my fellow diners.

Wow, We were just trying to help..
That's pretty rude.
