what do you eat from day to day?!
Answers:
Fresh juice for breakfast, usually carrot and beetroot
Lunch: usually a salad
Dinner: Stir-fry vegies, or stuffed mushrooms, or vegetable kebabs on the bbq
Snacks: Water crackers with vegemite and lettuce
Lately....
Breakfast options: Either a green smoothie packed with spinach, flaxseeds, almond milk and some fruit; cereal; tofu scramble; oatmeal.
Snack: apple or trail mix
Lunch options: Veggie burger; chili; lentil soup; stir fry; burrito; veggie sandwich or wrap (I'm usually in a rush.)
Snack: orange
Dinner: Big bowl of salad with hummus, lots of veggies and vinaigrette or leftovers.
Drink: Mostly water.
Today --
Breakfast: Home-made ground oats, dried cranberries, one boiled egg & almond soy milk.
Lunch: Homemade chili, vinegar & oil salad, brown rice and Coca-Cola.
Dinner: Homemade chili lemon seasoned chicken breast, lima beans, and fried tofu.
( It sounds like I'm into health food, but Iv'e just gotten used to it over the years :P )
