I want a simple and quick pineapple slices recipe-baked not grilled?!

Question: I want a simple and quick pineapple slices recipe-baked not grilled?
I have a can of sliced pineapple. I have beet sugar, not much brown. I have molasses, shredded coconut. Soy milk. Not a lot of other fruit at the moment. Lots of spices, like ginger, cayenne, allspice, nutmeg...

any ideas? just a quick little snack for lunch. Like I said, baked not grilled. I suppose I could use a skillet if necessary. oh, btw, I'm a vegan if that matters in the recipe

Answers:

easiest? Does the oven broil? Simply put the pineapple on a pan. Make that well drained pineapple that is. sprinkle the sugar over top and the coconut. Broil until it starts to brown on top. It's ready to eat. The sugar should caramelize and it will be a sweet desert type dish. You can do the same with Grapefruit and other citrus. Might want to omit the coconut with grapefruit if you ever try it. It will do the same sort of thing but take longer on baking. You want about 425F for that.
