I am becomeing a vegan ?!
i don't know what to have for lunch and dinner but can I have milk? Dairy stuff? And any advice?
Answers:
I'm very excited for you that you want to make the step to become a vegan. However, if you don't even know that you can't have dairy products, I have to suggest that you do some extensive research before you go fully vegan. If you don't know how to get your nutrition the right way, you will be unhealthy, and that might put you off and you might end up quitting. I'd say it's much more worth it in the long run to wait a week, do some research, and then do it the right way. Good luck!

A vegan diet excludes all animal products and byproducts. Vegans donot eat meat, fish, seafood, poultry, dairy, eggs, or honey.
However, vegans can eat fruits, vegetables, legumes, cereal, pasta, and mock meats.
Soy milk, Rice milk, and Almond milk are all good alternatives to dairy.
Scrambled tofu is a good alternative to eggs.
Agave nectar is an alternative to honey.
Ener-g egg replacer is good for baking.
Here are some brands of vegan/vegetarian products:
Boca, Morningstar Farms, Worthington, Lightlife, Amy's Kitchen, Yves, Tofutti, and Tofurky are brands of vegetarian/vegan products that can be found at Whole Food Stores/Health food stores and big chain supermarkets like Shop Rite, Pathmark, Stop & Shop, and Foodtown.
They have vegan imitation chicken patties and nuggets, imitation ground crumbles, mock riblets, vegan deli slices, and much more.
Amy's Kitchen has a great vegan macaroni and cheese.
Little Caesar's and Papa John's uses a vegan crust and sauce, so you can always order the pizza with vegetables and without cheese. Then you could add your own vegan cheese afterwards. Daiya is a company that makes the best vegan cheese.
Subway has a vegan veggie delite. McDonalds has a new fruit and maple oatmeal that is vegan IF you ask for it without milk. Chinese restaurants sell sesame bean curd with rice.
Good Luck

Congratulations on becoming a vegan! It's great for you and the animals, but you have to do it right to reap the health benefits and avoid making yourself sick. It's not hard to thrive as a vegan, but you have to do a little research.

You can find a different kind of milk that doesn't come from an animal. Try soy milk or almond milk. You can't have actual dairy now. This is what being a vegan means; you don't eat animals or animal byproducts.
