It's great that you want to be a vegan, but you're diet isn't very healthy! It's all veggies and fruit!! Where's your grains? Protein? Minerals? Fibre??
Milk - try something like soy milk, almond milk, oat milk, rice milk. They're gorgeous, especially the chocolate varities :D obviously don't have the chocolate ones on cereal!!

Your weight goal may not be healthy or realistic. 100 lbs is generally not a healthy weight for an adult unless he/she is very short. You'd be better off using a BMI calculator -- or, failing that, just eat sufficient calories and exercise 30 min/day.

Hi I'm a vegan who has a set of lab made pearls. You won't have to give yours up if they are synthetically/lab made like mine. :)
Congratulations on a compassionate lifestyle and I wish you luck. There are a couple things I should tell you. One of them being your breakfast (grapefruit and pineapple) was all starches. In that meal you should have had a bit of a protein source, like some of those nuts you ha for lunch. When you have a balance of protein and carbohydrates in each meal, you will not feel hungry later or get fatigue.
Also vegan doesn't need any vitamins if you are getting a wide variety of grains, fruits, and vegetables in your diet, but supplements like B12, Calcium tablet, and Folic Acid, and a Multi-Vitamin can be taken for added security if you feel you didn't get sufficient variety in your diet for the day.
