Are Morning Star and Boca products really vegetarian?!

They are marketed for Seventh Day Adventists, and are Vegetarian Approved.

I don't know about Morning Star, but Boca products are all vegetarian and most are even vegan. Look at the ingredients on the label to figure out what is vegetarian and what is vegan.

Yes Morning Star and Boca products are all vegetarian, but most of them are not vegan. And just because they are vegetarian or vegan doesn't mean they're super healthy for you; they are processed foods and processed food items are not healthy.
