It's not the end of the world..
Live and learn
Yes, when I was a vegetarian for about a month and a half I caved in and ate some beef. I got some bad stomach cramps that lasted that night and into the next day. I also felt very guilty, and since I had eaten the meat in front of some carnivorous friends, they mocked me for it for a long time. But I just took the high road, ignored their jeers, and started over.

It happens all the time, if you don't eat meat for a while then you start to have really bad stomach cramps.
My two sisters were vegitarian.
One lasted for 9 years, the other 2 years, and when they started back up eating meat they felt really horrible afterward, very bad stomach cramps.
Happened to me, after 2 years of not a lick of an animal. Had too many drinks one day by the pool and got too close to a rib-eye. It was flippin awesome, but the next day I called myself a stupid **s a couple of times and got over it. Dusted myself off and got back on it the next day. Have been fine since. Dont beat yourself up too bad about it. Good luck
Vegetarian
i've been a vegitarian for seven years and i just ate meat tonight because i was curious about how it tastes (I forgot what meat tastes like) and now i am horribly sick, not only do i feel guilty but im also on the verge of throwing up, i wont do this ever agian
Nope never happened to not EVER in 25 years of being a vege, never looked back since day 1.
It is normal. Just don't do it again if you don't want to eat it. It is kind of funny story:)
Yes, it did happened to me at first, but I stopped after it for 2 years, till now
You feel horrible is only in your head. Guilty? perhaps.
Yeah... it happened to me.. with chicken broth. :/ I felt pretty bad later and I was vegetarian for 6 months when it happened.
When I get "weak", I go to www.meat.org. That helps toughen my resolve.
