Noo!! Don't have soup for breakfast!! I'd suggest waking up with fruit, and then waiting half an hour and then eating something else if you're still hungry.. like a bagel, or cereal, or toast.

Lunch was alright, I suppose - I'm assuming you've posted this qu.estion in the wrong section.. I hope you at least ate the fish with some vegetables..

Fries are horrible and are full of oil..

I'd suggest something like -

Breakfast - two large slices of melon. Wait half an hour then have a bowl of cereal, and a slice of toast with NO butter, but with jam.
Snack [REALLY IMPORTANT] - handful of nuts and seeds, or a yoghurt, or a banana.
Lunch - Two wholegrain salad sandwiches, with some sort of protein in there. I'm assuming you eat meat.. so fish could go in there.. but a healthier alternative would be avocado, or vegetarian meat style slices. With a yoghurt, a drink, and some vegetable sticks like carrot sticks. And you can also include a dip. The drink could be water, fruit juice, or soda... soda won't make you fat but it contains some horrible things.. so try to avoid it if possible..
Snack - [again, realy important, as otherwise you will become hungry] - nuts or handful of fruit such as grapes, strawberries, or cherries. If you're not hungry, don't eat..
Dinner - spag bol, pasta with sauce, pizza, of course make it vegetarian if you can and try to make your own meals..

I hope this helps..:)

vegetarian!!..

You might get better answers asking this over in Diet and Fitness as this is the Vegetarian and Vegan section, and I can see you are neither.

That aside, it seems you've eaten a lot of sodium. One can of soup has half your daily sodium, I think. The yogurt was probably all sugar--If you're going to eat yogurt, eat Greek yogurt. I've heard it's healthier. The orange was good. Again with the yogurt--Eat a better kind! Fried fish, small or not, has a lot of fat due to the fried breading. Same goes for the fries.

I see a lot of sodium and a lot of fat. Where is the fruit? Where are the vegetables? Where are any whole grains?

Not really because you ate a dead animal carcass.

not really....
you know this is the vegetarian section right?

No.
