What are some Vegan soaps/foods/other products?!

I had somewhat of an epiphany today about my non-vegan life-style, that was triggered by a Yahoo article showing the horrible mistreatment of pigs. Well, I think I have truly come to the conclusion that I want to become a Vegan. I have ignorantly fought against it before, but I was wrong. Very, very wrong.

Anyhow, I know that overnight I will not become Vegan, I still have many foods in my house that are animal products/bi-products, and as well personal cleaning products such as hand soap and body soap[which I know contain/are made from animal fat]. Furthermore, I know that 100% Vegan is not pheasible nor perhaps possible, but I will not allow that to be an excuse to try, and so I come to you today for help.

Okay, soaps:

I use Ivory bar soap, but that most likely is made from animal fat (please correct me if I am wrong). So what are some Vegan body soaps, preferably bar soaps. Also I wash my hands a lot, so if you could tell me some hand soaps that are Vegan as well [I currently use Softsoap].

Also, what about household cleaners? Are all household cleaners Vegan?

And the last thing of course is food. I got a little list of Vegan foods from this site...;
