I think I remember seeing a Womens 1 a Day Teens version. Otherwise the nutritional requirements for teen girls is no different than a womans' requirements (besides you needing more calories for growth) and a regular womens multi-vitamin should do.
um, honestly the best vitamins to have are in reinforced foods due to the ease of digestion and absorption. Soy milk, cereals, nutritional and brewers yeast, a wide array of veggies, fruits, and grains will be all you need.
Been vegetarian since 15 and vegan since 16 and don't take or need vitamins. Feel free to ask me with any questions through email (on my page)
i got your answer girl, im 18 and been taking vitamins since i was 11 cause i am anemic.i take equate brand cause its cheap (walmart),and its just a complete multivitamin dietary supplement its got all the things a growing person needs.
No one needs vitamin supplements, not even vegans like me. Studies shown they are useless.
if you are eating a well-balanced diet, you shouldn't need any specific vitamins in addition
