Question: Looking for a Raw "Olive" Recipe?

I'm a raw vegan, and... before I switched over, i looooved olives - does anyone know a recipe for, or where I could find a recipe for making something that tastes like olives?

Olives ARE raw.

most olives are not cooked, and therefore should be allowed by a raw diet, they are just preserved in a salt brine.
