Don't be afraid to use protein power and soy milk, make sure it is West soy without sugar and only 1 carb per cup. try using the artificial meat, and Boca burgers.

try some organic soy yogurt and eat raw tree nuts fruits and veg and do some Research on high protein grains like quinoa (keen-wah)
