I want to become a vegetarian...?!
I want to be a vegetarian for the sake of my health, but I'm worried about not getting all of the nutrition and protein I need. I can't really but any special vitamins and stuffs because I still live with my parents and I don't have that much money. I already eat healthy organic foods and run everyday. Any advice or ideas of alternative proteins would be great. Thanks!!!(:

Simple just stop eating meat
Unless you intend to cut out eggs & milk as well, those have protein. There are also cereals, breads, ect. that they put extra protein in for those who want/need it. Also, beans and some kinds of nuts have protein

im vegan but i eat that 1 fish to get protein duh haha
