Is it a myth or a fact about cabbage?!


Question: Is it a myth or a fact about cabbage?
Some ppl say that cabbage contain some bacteria which travels in the body and gets into brain and cause cyst which may become fatal. It seems to be a myth but just wanted to ask in Y! answers.
