Almost all the vegetables. fruits, herbs, cereals and pulses are good in fiber. It means plant sources are good in fiber content. However refining food makes it sweeter. calorie rich and devoid of fiber. To enrich your food include lots of fruits, vegetables, nuts, cereals in your food.

Plant sources contain both soluble and insoluble fibers like pectin, mucilage (okra), hemicellulose, cellulose which help remove cholesterol from the gut. Overall fiber food helps reduce, overweight, heart diseases, diabetes, cancers etc.

baked beans, corn on the cob, lima beans, chick peas have heaps, fresh peas, potatoes with skin on, tomatoes, grapes, pears, raspberries, almonds, wholegrain bread, wheat bran cereal, psyllium husks, soy grits, all-bran cereal, and dates of course, good luck. You might need to take a supplement if needed

fibre is found in fruit and veg skins i think usually....
jacket potatoes with the skins are good
apples have loadsa fibre
basically don't peel your vegetables if the skin is edible, just make sure you wash them thoroughly

Basically anything that is wholewheat: rice, pasta and bread!
Fitness Al-Bran cornflakes
Oatmeals (the best)

Fiber tablets :D

A bowl of bran flakes and prunes - that will see you right!
