How do I replace nutrients from dairy?!


Question: How do I replace nutrients from dairy?
I'm vegetarian but I don't eat much dairy, like I don't drink milk, eat yoghurts, eat cheese, etc. How do I get the nutrients from dairy into my diet? calcium etc.
