Will i stop losing weight if i eat so much veggies?!


Question: Will i stop losing weight if i eat so much veggies?
I eat loads of fruits and veggies, but i read online that eating over 150-200 grams of carbs a day stops weightloss. So if veggies and fruit are so good for you how comes they stop weightloss!
im so confused, if anyone has any weight loss ways to lose weight, i would be greatly appreciated. Im just so tired of going on diets and exercising so much and not losing a thing.

Your best bet is to speak with a nutritionalist about your diet choices.
You don't even know who is answering you on here. Its mostly high school kids and younger.



A calorie is a calorie and they come from carbohydrates, protein and fats. The carbohydrates in fruits and vegetables are the good carbs that you want to eat. Just remember that you will gain weight if you consume more calories than you burn off.



I would eat junk food veggies only make you lose weight



"A calorie is a calorie" really shouldn't apply for veggies and fruit...
"fruits bad for you, it has sugar" is bull...
I've been raw vegan for quite some time now, and I eat more than the average person in a day! And I'm just above being underweight! I am 5'7" and weight 112 pounds.
80% of my calories is from fruits. Sugar gets a bad rap because the "sugar" we know is fake, processed, and not natural like fruits hold.
Any fruits and veggies will help you lose weight, even raw nuts can push some fat out!

When I was 180 pounds, and needing a healthier life style, a practical young binger taking emotions out of food...
I BINGED off fruits for a month and a half ALL DAY *NON STOP*, and had a regular dinner of lasangua or some crap like that.
You know what?
BAM- 25 pounds lost. Then I began making healthier dinners and kept a good amount of fruits and veggies in my meals and lost even more.
BECAUSE IT WAS NUTRITION my body had been craving for!
And then I went vegetarian.. lost more... vegan, more... raw vegan, skinny.

I even eat ALOT of fats from nuts and soy beans. A LOT, LOT! some days... most days. :P

I'm still skinny.

Because its not processed crap, its the real, natural, raw thing.

When from fat junk food binger, to vegetarian, to vegan, to raw vegan.
