Yeah, I'm sure there is some outrageous foreign-sounding name out there for it, but honestly you're just a picky meat eater. It would probably be easier just to say you don't eat red meat.
Add: Yes, there is. I guarantee if you tell someone you're a "pesci-pollotarian" you'll receive some funny-looking and confused faces.

It is called omnivore or carnist...no special names because it's not a special diet or lifestyle. You are still responsible for the exploitation and murder of animals and you aren't even close to vegetarian at all.

Here is a handy little chart for vegetarians and others: (feel free to copy and use it just don't alter it):
Pescetarian-a vegetarian fish
Pollotarian- a vegetarian chicken
Flexitarian- a flexible vegetarian (a dancer or maybe a gymnast who is also vegetarian)
Semi-Vegetarian - a crash between a semi trailer truck and a vegetarian. Not a very pretty site. Vegetarians need to watch out when crossing the street or driving.
Lacto-ovo- eats dairy and eggs (no meat or slaughter by products)
Lacto- eats dairy (no meat or slaughter by products)
Ovo- eats eggs (no meat or slaughter by products)
Strict/Pure Veg (often mis-refered to as veganism)- eats no animal products or by products whatsoever
Raw- eats from 80-100% raw vegetables and fruits, nuts, grain and legume sprouts, seeds, plant oils, sea vegetables, herbs, and fresh juices as in heated to no more than 118 degrees (basically a strict/pure veg diet just made raw)

---------
Vegan- a philosophy and way of living which seeks to exclude — as far as is possible and practical — all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing or any other purpose; and by extension, promotes the development and use of animal-free alternatives for the benefit of animals, including humans and the environment.
In dietary terms it denotes the practice of dispensing with all products derived wholly or partly from animals."

EDIT: I wasn't joking around...killing somebody is a serious thing. Obviously you don't get it but hopefully one day.

vegan because animals are not property

If the ONLY meat you eat is fish, then you're a pescetarian.
If the ONLY meat you eat is poultry, then you're a pollotarian.
If you eat both, you're a picky omnivore.

---EDIT---
@amhappy1 is correct by saying that you are no kind of vegetarian. These "labels" would all be subcategories under omnivore, not vegetarian. And honestly, you could just as easily say "I don't eat red meat" and more people would understand that then "pollo-pescetarian". If you eat fish and chicken the only "label" you need is omnivore. I'm not being rude, I'm being honest.

Vegan

That is called "picky meat-eating". It's a complex term, I know, but keep in mind it conveys a highly complex way of life in which eating four-legged things is frowned upon, while eating winged or scaled things is held in high regard.

You're a non-vegetarian who does not eat meat but eats fish and chicken.
So, you're just a regular person, so is a regular vegetarian, who care what you're targeted as?

An omnivore.

I'm not saying this in a mean way, and you may get someone saying pesca-pollotarian or something like that, but you're not any type of vegetarian.

vegan

A picky eater?

I suppose what you're looking for is something like "pollo-pescatarian" but it's a little ridiculous, don't you think?

A person who doesn't eat red meat. That's what it's called. There's some stupid label for it, but it's ridiculous.

An omnivore.

vegan :D

A selective omnivore.

A non mammal eater I suppose. There is no name for it. You simply are an omnivore that only eats fish and poultry.

A meat eater.

You're considered to be a pescatarian.

If you eat eggs as well and you wanted to be more technical you could also call yourself an ovo-pescatarian.
