Suddenly craving meat?!

Question: Suddenly craving meat?
After 3 years and a half, It's not exactly craving, but it's like I want to eat a bit. Why do you think this is happening? It's not a strong craving at all.

Answers:

Try eating more beans, Edame beans, tofu and some fruits and veggies full of iron (fruit example: kiwi) for a bit. You may be lacking a little something. :)

Think about why you stopped eating meat in the first place. I think it's kind of just natural to want to eat meat, especially if you see people around you eating it. Being vegetarian's rational though, so it's really up to you.

Experience with vegetarianism.

Often, its just your body telling you that you need something often associated with meat, e.g.; iron, protein, etc. So, try stocking up on those foods rich in what meat offers like iron or protein; or take supplements.
Or perhaps, its very simple: You miss the taste of meat.

I you crave meat go to a steakhouse, have a ball, and then go back to vegetarianism, it will not kill you, I guarantee.

It's nothing a nice steak won't fix.

I know i am.
