Mushrooms and Eggplants are considered the Steaks and T-bones of the vegetable world.
Please try not to be so close minded you might like them and learn how to enjoy them.
Must you know that there are many kinds of mushrooms, from portobello, crimini, shiitake and others.

Picky eating will only limit your palate abilities and will cause slow mental damage.

Try Indian food, Chinese vegetarian dishes, Lebanese and Greek vegetarian Mezzas with Eggplants, you will be addicted.

I don't put either in my vegetarian lasagna - I use spinach. If you are the one making it, make it to suit your tastes and it will be great.

You can use any kind of veggies you want. Try spinach, or try layering zucchini.

Personally I'd say though give at least the mushrooms a try before ruling them out, they add a really meaty texture.

You can put just about any vegetable in the lasagna, I don't think you can go wrong :)

Yes it would be fine. You don't need to add any veggies if you dont want to. I usually add Spinach though.

Just try them out, if you don't like it, try something different next time.

I would make it from fake meat and the top layer from the store easy

just use spinach
