Most vegetarians do. Vegans don't.
Lacto means dairy, ovo means egg.
Lacto vegetarians eat dairy, but not eggs
Ovo vegetarians eat eggs, but not dairy
Lacto-ovo vegetarians eat both dairy and eggs (most popular type of vegetarianism)
Vegans don't eat anything from animals; not eggs or dairy.

Vegans do not, although I have met a few SERIOUS and STRICT vegans who will eat their friend's eggs who own their very own egg laying chickens.
Why?
Because the chickens lay them every day, with out a male to fertillize them. So the eggs are pretty much nothing. If not eaten, would they have hatched? No. There is no life in them. They don;t harm a thing.
But if the veganism is to be SKINNY, then no, not at all.
Some vegetarians do eat eggs, sadly. No vegans eat any eggs or animal products and try too not use animals for any purpose for any reason and avoid products made from them as far as is possible and practical.

i personally am a vegetarian and i do not eat eggs. eggs are basically meet!their little baby chicks unborn
