That's basically called crash dieting. It's not healthy and it's not even the best way to lose weight. If you want to lose weight you should enter your information into a calculator like this one

In order to lose weight you really need to keep track of your calories and exercise 3-5 + times a week. Cardio for 30 minutes is ideal. Weight training is something to consider as well. You have to be consistent with your diet and exercise in order for it to work. Don't expect success overnight. You shouldn't be losing more than 2 lbs a week. Anymore than that in less time can actually be dangerous and could cause you to add more weight on than with what you started. Diet pills and fad diets don't really work. Just good ole calorie counting and cardio is your best bet.

Good luck!

Yes, that was a stupid thing to do by your friend. Humans need variety for health, and tuna offers very little in the way of vitamins and minerals. It has no fibre, so I imagine your friend had terrible diarrhoea. It also has a lot of mercury in it.

If you want to lose weight just eat less, mostly eat plants, avoid oils and butters et cetera, and exercise on a regular basis. Cutting out any liquids that aren't water or pure fruit juice also helps people lose weight.

Not a good idea, for two reasons. First, tuna has too much mercury in it for it to be your only food source. Second, tuna alone will not give you all the nutrients you need, since it is only a single type of food.

To lose weight just eat less, eat healthy foods, and exercise more.

You know what, whatever works for you, do it. It's your body after all!

Now, if you want to do this, it's up to you, look at your friend very carefully. Do you like what you see? If yes, then go for it.

However, if I were you I would also include vegetables and fruit.

evian, nespressos, bruschetta, dessert is 2 organic green apples daily.
add cup goatcheese crumbles n cup pacific organic soy.

u can do a grass juice fast, grass juice has all the nutrients the body needs, but has no calories. just pick the youngest blades of grass and juice them into 2-3 shots a day. and no grass is poisonous

Any diet that isn't viable as a long term eating plan is a bad idea.
