Yes, it's definitely true.
It has been proven that the countries were the most cow's milk is consumed also have the highest rates of osteoporosis. Society is brain-washed into thinking we NEED milk for some reason, but that is not true what-so-ever.
Humans are the only species in the world that drink milk after infancy. We simply aren't supposed to drink milk as adults. Why do you think 70% of adults are lactose intolerant? Humans are also the only species that drinks milk from another species.
Yes, milk can have a few health benefits, but it actually has MORE damaging effects towards your body.

More than half the calcium in milk can not be absorbed into the body. Also, milk is acidic and we are alkaline so our body leeks calcium from our bones when we drink milk to maintain our pH balance. So when you drink milk your body actually releases stored calcium from your teeth and bones to replenish this delicate balance. Therefore, yes, milk is bad for your teeth and bones. A good source of calcium that is absorbable by your body would be broccoli or sesame seeds.

It is true. Cow milk's high-acid fat deteriorates your bone density. The calcium in milk is only partially absorbed, even with a vitamin D supplement.

Humans were designed to drink human milk. As we get older, we lose the ability to process milk properly. Mammals naturally become lactose-intolerant after infancy.

Large dairy farms also treat their cows with anti-biotics, which contributes to a growing immunity to life-saving medicines. The cows are also corn-fed, depriving them of nutrients, leaving their milk lacking nutrition.

Most dairy cows are also forcefully milked, leaving their nipples bloody and pus-filled. This gets in the milk.

Would you drink sheep milk? How about camel milk? If that's weird, then how weird is it that you drink the mammary fluid of any other mammal beside your own species?

There have been several studies done on this topic. Any country that ingests a lot of milk, including cheese, has higher rates of osteoporosis and low bone density as a person ages. One of those studies showed that taking a calcium supplement from 10 years old to 25 years old doesn't help much, even when accompanied by a vitamin D supplement. The only thing that ensured healthy bones later on life was exercise and a balanced diet.

No, it's not true. Milk is probably the best source of calcium for young, growing people. Milk does contain lactic acid. So what? You build up lactic acid in your muscles as you exercise! It's a normal part of the human body and will not destroy your teeth and bones.

Anyone who tells you milk (as recommended by the medical community) is bad for you is either ignorant or deliberately lying to you. They cherry pick the parts of science that they can twist to support their animal rights agenda and ignore the rest of science. I'd suggest you don't want to be taking dietary advice from those kinds of people.

As for "humans are the only species to drink another's milk", it's not true. There are ants who "farm" other species for their milk. (Link) Plus offer some to your dog and cat and see if those species will turn it down!

Milk is very necessary for teeth and bones. If a child is on a milk free diet, the child would suffer from the disease,Rickets.
Milk is a must for human beings. You can not live on water, but you can on milk.

So called vegetarians and vegans of today, are such nutters. Why? Because, all they do is scare people and make them question their sanity with their lunatic scaremongery and beliefs.

There is some truth to that. The countries with the highest rates of milk consumption are also the countries with the highest rates of osteoporosis. It seems that too much protein causes your body to leach calcium.
