What are some homemade vegetable juice(s) you drink to detox?!


Question: What are some homemade vegetable juice(s) you drink to detox?
I want drink green juice for couple of days to clean my body of all chemicals from chemical foods and any bacteria, fungi, and other things that may be in my body. What mix of vegetables you recommend that you took and was effective? I'm doing this mostly because of my allergies and other health problem. Thanks in advance:)

There's no such thing as a detox. There are chemicals in the air from pollution, in the water we drink, etc. There are two types of toxins, either they are bio-accumulative or not. If they are bio-accumulative nothing you do will "purge" them from your body, they are there forever. If they are not they will purge naturally unless you ingest more.
