Is my soy cheese still good?!


Question: Is my soy cheese still good?
I bought some daiya cheese two weeks ago, and opened it but never used it. It says on the package "use with in 4 days." I was making a vegan lasagna... do you think it's still okay to use? I don't know about this one... lol

I wouldn't eat it. Two weeks is a long time if it's supposed to be used up in four days. I recently bought Daiya as well and it says you can freeze it, which I do to keep it longer.

Vegan

If it's discoloured I'd throw it away.
