Going Completely Vegetarian, tips?!

Question: Going Completely Vegetarian, tips?
Since i was 10, i never ate animals besides cows, pigs, and chicken and fish, because i saw my dads friend hunting and i was completly disgusted.
(That doesnt really matter, but im just including it)
Now i am 15 and i am wanting to go all out vegetarian.
I feel like im going to only have trouble with seafood

but, i saw a slaughter house video and i know im done with all red meat, pork, chicken, etc.

ive only started for a week,
am i still considered a vegi if i eat fish like once a year, that is naturally caught by my dad?

i honestly dont feel guilty about that.
however, i cant pronounce pescetarian or whatever

You arent a vegetarian if you eat fish. Vegetarians dont eat animals.

Your first sentence might as well have said "I never ate animals except for animals."

You seem to be more concerned with the label "vegetarian" than the principal. No, if you eat fish that are caught by your dad, you aren't a vegetarian. If you really went vegetarian based on principles, you wouldn't even be asking that.

If you eat fish, you can adopt the fake label pescatarian if you want (pronounced PES-KA-TARE-EEYAN). Of course, that doesn't stop the fish from suffering.

Go ahead and eat what you want to eat. Just don't call yourself a vegetarian if you choose to eat fish.

Honestly some of the self-righteous veggies on here. Tut.

As a lifelong veggie I can't really understand why you're turning vegetarian for animal cruelty reasons but still want to eat fish?! Some friends of mine eat only fish simply because they don't like the taste of meat and call themselves 'semi-vegetarian' rather than pescetarian, which you may find easier to explain to people. Other than veggies I don't think most of the world knows or cares what a pescetarian is.

Good luck with your choice!

You could be considered pescatarian I suppose. (PES-cuh-TARE-ee-un)

It seems like you're only interested in the title..

Pray about it. You really don't need fish.

Of course you can be a vegetarian. Just tell everyone that you're "transitioning" into a vegetarian. They don't know the difference. Welcome to the world of vegetarianism.

Here's my tip: Don't become vegetarian. It's a lot of work for no gain.

Animals kill and eat other animals. Humans are animals. Humans kill and eat other animals.

Don't need to conform to be a die hard vegetarian by not eating any form of meat.
You'd just be a semi-vegetarian, by eating fish.
Who has rated down all the comments? Get a life :D

It fine to eat the seafood. In fact its fine to eat any meat, but its your choice. So goodluck!

Please stop converting to vegetarian all because of one clip, they are biased anyway and just because you seen something you know nothing about what makes you know all about it now!!

You do not gain knowledge viewing one video, makes you look more stupid if you do!!

How can you not eat animals but eat cows, pigs, chicken and fish since you where 10. I think you are confused and need to grow up and gain more knowledge before committing to a change in diet,

There is nothing stopping you sourcing your meat from local butchers and farmers markets, where they use small and family ran slaughterhouses which tend to be far less stressful and cuts down the travel period for the animals!! Its industrial markets that feed a greedy nation is the problem!!

Educate yourself more and look at the pro and cons!! How would you like your doctor basing all their knowledge on a TV show, you would not trust them to go anywhere near you!! Same goes for getting all your facts on one video!!
