Will the "Food Safety Bill" put farmer's markets out of business?!

Question: Will the "Food Safety Bill" put farmer's markets out of business?
Reading the following makes me think so.

Will this bill favor the largest agribusiness corporations at the expense of local organic farms?

Answers:

apparently so. family farms are disappearing rapidly as it is - this would be another nail in the coffin. the exemptions are NOT guaranteed for small farms, and it sounds like large agribusiness is working hard to take them out. contrary to what they would have you believe, America DOES have one of the world's safest food supplies - why aren't they working harder to inspect produce coming in from Latin America, and seafood from China, Thailand, Philippines, ect. (these countries don't even have clean drinking water for all their citizens, how sanitary do you think their facilities are?) people, wise up and grown your own food while you still can - and read those labels for country of origin (beware anything labeled PRC, which stands for People's Republic of China - much less identifiable than just stating "China"). this is a blatant attempt for the Gov't to take over the food supply and grab farmland from private ownership - like they've taken over health care, student loans, mortgages (Fannie and Freddie hold 90% of them), private industry (GM & AIG), and want to take over energy sector and internet as well with the climate change bill and net neutrality.

No, this does not affect small farmers selling directly to the consumers within the same state. This only affects large corporations.
