I'm 20 and Vegan, I also work at Starbucks. Starbucks, carries Soy lattes and Hot Chocolate. You can pretty much order anything you'd like just tell the Barista to make it with Soy Milk. Around this time, I like to order a Vanilla Bean Frapp made with Soy Milk of course, and w/ a shot of peppermint.

Apparently, all the frappuccinos are vegan so long as you order them with soy milk, stay away from "light versions," and don't used whipped cream or caramel drizzle. However, if you go to Starbucks drink nutrition page (last link) and rule out all animal-based allergens, the light options still appear to be suitable. I think your best bet would be to go at a time when business is slow and ask if it would be possible for you to read the ingredients on the drink mixes and syrups.
There are also a few vegan treats available in their snack display (check out the third link.)
Also, the leaves for their hot Tazo teas come in silk satchels, so the ingredients are vegan, but the packaging is not. It's up to you, but I won't drink them.

Scroll down and on the left you will find a "Food Allergens" section. Click on the items you want to eliminate (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish) and the program automatically removes the menu items with these ingredients.

The last time I went there I got a soy Frappucino. It wasn't vegan due to the chocolate chips in the drink, because it was a java chip. It depends on the flavor. Get the strawberry creme with soy or almond or whatever they have as a milk alternative, then that will be vegan drink :)
The same thing everyone else gets, screwed, ripped off. Anyone that pays 4 or 5 dollars for a cup of coffee isn't playing with a full deck.
I'm sure you can get anything as long as you request they make it was soy milk.

i do nott prefer starbucks, but dont they have smoothies and tea? that is always an option.
