There is no cholesteral in plants, and i recomend cutting out milk as it is the main cause of acne
1) You'll be healthier.
2) You'll have healthier skin.
3) You'll feel great.
4) You'll have more energy.
5) You'll have a lower risk of getting several diseases.
6) You'll have a high chance off living longer.
7) You'll be saving one hundred animals each year.
8) You'll be helping save the environment.
9) If we eat the plants we grow instead of feeding them to animals, the world's food shortage will disappear virtually overnight.
10) A meat diet kills more animals each year than any other diet.
These are common in meat eaters - anaemia, appendicitis, arthritis, breast cancer, cancer of the colon, cancer of the prostrate, constipation, diabetes, gallstones, gout, high blood pressure, indigestion, obesity, piles, strokes and varicose veins.
1. Because you want to, and feel it's the best dietary choice for you
2-10. There really isn't any other reasons besides your personal beliefs. You can be just as unhealthy or healthy as a vegetarian as a meat eater, that depends on what you consume, so superior health isn't a factor. Some people think animals were put on this earth to be eaten, others don't, and were all entitled to our own opinions, so that isn't a factor. Some people find a steak appealing, others find eggplant appealing, so that's not a factor. It's all just choice. Sounds like you don't want to be though. How about just cutting back? That way you won't totally deprive yourself, but by consuming less meat, you will STILL make a difference over time. Good luck, don't feel pressured either way, just do what you feel is right.
Vegetarian for 12 years
1)Healthier, for example: lower saturated fat and cholesterol consumed
2)won't be consuming antibiotic and chemical filled meat raised at factory's
3)won''t be consuming processed meats such as bacon and ham, which contain disgusting preservatives and carcinogens
4)Learning- You will probably learn about all the different nutrients in different foods.
5)Won't be eating meat and filling really bad for that animal
6)possibly more $- won't be buying insanely priced meat
7)decreased risk of food-borne illness- meats are great homes for bacteria
8)When cooking, there will not be meat- so cross-contamination will not be a very big concern
9)Better for the environment, in many ways
10)will not be supporting cruel factory's and meat companies (cruel to animals, and people)
