I'm a man, and not a great cook... My fiancee does some great things, but my recipies are usually pretty simple.
Chili: Black Beans, Kidney Beans, Seitan, Tomatoe Sauce, Chili Powder, Green Pepper, sliced Portobello Mushrooms.
Grilled Cheese+: 2 Slices of a good bread. (I like Sourdough, or a Whole Wheat bought from Panera Bread or a local bakery and sliced) Gouda Cheese, (sliced) Portobello Mushrooms, (sliced) Margarine. (spread on the outside before it's put into my George Foreman Grill)
