I'm linking you to a question I answered for someone else (link is in my sources), but I have a detailed explanation of different sources of protein. You don't need to eat a lot of peanut butter, that's a common misconception.
Generally:
Legumes (Kidney beans, black beans, lentils etc.)
Yogurt is an excellent source of Protein
Tofu
Nuts like almonds, walnuts, pecans etc.
But yeah you can check out what I said there :)
Pills are not needed. Beans are very important, eating beans or lentils with rice is very healthy.
Dairy products also have lots of protein, so yogurt and milk will have good amounts of protein.
Nuts also give good protein, but you already eat tons of peanut butter. Protein is tough to get as a vegetarian though, so make sure eat plenty of nuts, dairy, and beans!
Also, I forgot to mention... TOFU! Tofu comes from soybeans, and soybean is a bean, and has lots of protein! Tofu is also really tasty.
veggie since birth
Um....from FOOD? As long as you eat a balanced diet, you're probably getting enough protein. Beans, grains, and nuts are all good sources. Soy foods are good. Peanut butter (peanuts are technically a legume) is good, but as peanuts and nuts are high in fat, you want to watch your intake. Eggs are little cholesterol bombs, so you don't want to eat those every day. Cows' milk is good for you only if you're a baby calf.
There are a lot of analogues out there, but you don't want to rely too much on them. But Gardein foods are very high protein.
Clif Bar makes a Builder's Bar that is a good source of protein.
Just remember, too much protein is not good for your kidneys, and too much animal protein (including dairy and eggs) strips calcium from your bones.
Beans, chickpeas, any kind of legume is a good source of protein. Eggs are good but you don't want to eat them every day... same with PB. Tofu, believe it or not, is a good staple for vegetarians... everyone makes a big fuss over it but honestly if you cook it right, even put it in smoothies (yogurt is good too!) it takes on the flavor of what you put it with. They even have tofu ice cream, which is REALLY good... my parents used to buy it a bunch when my sis + I were younger.
Being a vegetarian can be hard work. Make sure you do it healthily! Don't drink Slimfast all the time ;)
How many ways can you spell ''vegetarian?''
black beans
black-eyed peas
chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
falafel
kidney beans
lentils
lima beans (mature)
navy beans
pinto beans
soy beans
split peas
tofu (bean curd made from soy beans)
white beans
Milk is terrible for humans, by the way.
don't worry, there are loads of proteins in vegetarian diet . you can consult a good dietitian to help you take the right amount for your age.
you can have a protein diet
by having pulses also green vegetables
Milk has more protein than meat surprisingly and grains and beans u do seem to get a decent amount bc of eggs but a glass of milk helps alot
Dairy, beans, fake meat.. If you don't like those you could take vitamins. You can ask your doctor.
Vegetarian
If you can't spell it, you can't become one.
Get it from rice, beans, legumes, nuts, certain grains, etc
Avocado is a fruit with the most protein
Beans and pasta are good sources of protein.
You dont need a supplement.
Beans are a good source of protein, esp. in combination with rice, corn, or another grain..
It sounds like you get plenty of protein already, but there's supplement pills for vegetarians, but they're hard to find. It's easier to choose foods with cheese, eggs, beans, etc.
Or you can use whey protein, or a similar product (a protein powder you mix with milk or water). Carnation Instant Breakfast's are yummy and have plenty of protein.
semen is full of protein?
