What do you vegetarians/vegans like to have for breakfast?!

Question: What do you vegetarians/vegans like to have for breakfast?
I had blueberry Whole Soy yogurt and a Van's Organic maple waffle today. :)
I love scrambled tofu, though.

(I'm vegan)

What did you have today,

I always have a green smoothie early in the morning. I usually later follow it up with whole soy or silk yogurt with granola or oatmeal and soy or hemp milk. I sometimes have raw sprouted buckwheat with sprouted almond milk. When I have time I'll make pancakes or crepes with fruits or tofu/veggie scramble.

Vegan.

I haven't had anything yet, but as soon as I finish up my final presentation for tomorrow I'll run upstairs and make a little fruit salad with pomegranate seeds, a sliced blood orange, and some cashews. Normally I'd have something more substantial to start my day (breakfast burritos with tofu scramble are my favorite) but I'm still feeling pretty full from the staff Christmas party last night. Back to my project now.

This morning I had two creamcheese toasts and scrambled eggs. I like waffles w/nashed rasberrys, honey, rasberry or strawberry jam or butter and other fruits, I also like sandwiches with burger buns or sandwich bread with a fried egg or scrambled eggs and cheese, French toasts, cinnoman toast, omrlettes with fetta it mushrooms or a Mexican omelette with beans and veggies, quesidialls with a fried egg and Luna burgers(only in Ohio) brekfast burgers

Veg for two years

For breakfast I like to have a fruit smoothie....a banana and then I pick 2 other fruit mix in some wate and tofu and blend. It is so good. It is my energy boost for the day instead of coffee or red bull and I used to be a huge red bull adict. Also, this fruit smoothie is so good for your body especially when its the first thing you eat/drink for the day..the smoothie goes right through your absorbing all the nutrients and usually produces a bowel movement which is also good to staying thin.

Vegan here, and I pretty much just have toast. For some unknown reason, I find it difficult to eat in the morning, and toast is about the only thing I can eat easily. So I have wholegrain toast with peanut butter almost every morning. Sometimes with coffee, especially on cold days. The last time I deviated from that routine was a few days ago when I craved something sweet, so I nicked some of my brother's cocoa puffs cereal. :)

I had a hard boiled egg, (free range) a banana, and some crackers. (and an Americano)

I haven't eaten today since I'm on a medication which makes me feel nauseous, but I love
-coconut milk yogurt with granola and fruit
-tempeh bacon and whole wheat bagel
-oatmeal, with different spices and nuts (usually it's something like cocoa, cinnamon, & walnuts)

i agree with on the waffles. delish!
i love dinner for breakfast, so i will often have no cheese pizza, chili, amy's dinners. i also love cinnamon rolls from a local vegan bakery heated in the microwave.

I'm vegan.
My favourites are: weetabix with soya milk and linseeds on top.
Or peanut butter on seeded wholemeal bread.
Always with at least one bit of fruit and a mug of decaf green tea as well (or fruit juice if pushed for time).

Personally: Weetabix in Soya milk,
Natural Peanut butter on 1 slice Gluten free toast ,
d a banana, with 1 serving passion fruit drink!

Personal experience

I usually have an organic egg over easy on whole wheat toast but I was lazy today and had a couple of slices of cinnamon toast (whole grain) and a cup of hot tea
