This is a serious issue that needs to be checked out by a doctor as soon as problem. Digestive issues in any form can cause permanent damage if not quickly identified and treated. In the meantime, depending on how bad it is (I have Crohns disease, and sometimes I can't physically get solid food down, I know how bad that can be) try the BRAT diet first. Bannanas, rice, apples and toast. Pretty complete nutrition from these items that are gentle on your stomach. If solid food won't go down at all, then (this is a recipe I made up to try and keep nutrients going in when I can't eat solid food, and liquid is always easier to digest)- 2 cups of whole fat kiefer (fermented milk, it can be bought at health food stores and is very healthy and gentle on the stomach), 1/2 cup each plain granola and cooked rice, 1 banana, a few handfuls of berries of your choice. Blend it all together, and drink. It tastes kind of funny, but it's very complete nutrition, and very easy to digest. Also try and take some liquid vitamins, which are very easy for the body to absorb. But you really need to get to the doctor and find the root cause. Good luck, I know this is no fun.

I've worked in GI offices before and I've had stomach pain and issues myself. Never ever let this stuff go untreated. That happened to me last year, I lost 20 lbs!! Finally I went to the doctor and it ended up that I had an ulcer. It could be gall stones, kidney, or even liver problems. Stomach problems are something to never mess around with...you need that protein in your system.

Your diet is obviously causing some detrimental effects to your health, not being able to eat is very serious. Get some help then resume a normal omnivorous diet, it's commendable you want to be a veg*n but look after yourself.

Could you have a stomach virus? Or the flu? See the doctor and tell him or her your symptoms.
