Question: Will a Christmas nut roast freeze?
I am having 7 vegetarians for Christmas lunch nd plan to make a mushroom and nut roast. Can I make it in advance and freeze it?

Yes, absolutely, but make sure your mushrooms are chopped finely - they contain a lot of moisture and your nut roast may disintegrate if they are in chunks.
