Without doubt,RIB-EYE.Here in theU.Kyou can get Angus Scots rib-eye.What a treat.also another to try to get is Dexter, thats another Scottish bred animal, also not to be bias to the scots,Welsh black beef.Good luck in your search for a top steak.By the way isnt Buffalo steak supposed to be good ?

I eat steak on a regular basis

Ribeye on the rack. Salt and pepper and some oil, cook on high heat (500F) for 15 minutes, then turn down the heat to 250F until internal temperature reaches 128F. Take it out, wrap in aluminum foil. Let set for 15 minutes before carving... yummmm.
P.S. Serve with fresh horseradish sour cream and A1 steak sauce :)

I have a recipe for smothered tofu steaks that I modified slightly for a different flavor. I use soy sauce, vegan Worcestershire for flavoring and smother in mushrooms and onions.

I also like a good seitan steak, but I must perfect my technique there.

I like a nice large smoked portobello mushroom. It's got a great smoky flavor and goes well with things that traditionally have steak in them, or as one giant tasty mushroom with a side of potatoes and broccoli.

Ribeye. All day; every day. Had what I consider to be the best steak EVER at the Venetian in Las Vegas, Nevada, on my honeymoon.
