Vegetarians. What good meals will you be cooking or eating on Christmas?!
Answers:
Whatever doesn't have meat/dairy/eggs. Eatin' at a friend's house so I'll be happy with whatever is served 'cause, after all, Christmas is about being with your loved ones--Not the food.

we're going to a Chinese resteraunt and I'll probably have vegetable loMain,white rice and maybe an egg roll (I know that's not cooking but it will still be yummy)

mom says rice with Luna burgers or pasta with mushrooms but I don't think we've decided
dessert
hopefully my parents will get some kind of pastry from one of the pastry shops we know or we could go there! Or maybe icecream or some of the treats my dads seceretary gave him (icing covered fudge, peanut cluster and yogurt dipped pretzels)

1) Yummy stuffed "chicken" Made from custom shaped deep fried tempeh with lemon grass for bones! Stuffing will be walnut, dried fig, spelt bread, seasonings, white wine, veg stock...
2) Hot winter squash salad dressed with sesame roasted garlic ginger sauce
3) Comforting Matzo ball soup with fresh herb vegetable broth.
4) Xmas Chili w textured soy protein served over wild rice w a side of fresh baked corn bread:)
5) Tagallotti pasta w wild mushrooms in pesto sauce
6) Spinach salad with warm goat's cheese
7) hazel nut cake
All home made from scratch!

My boyfriend and I are going out of town. His mom ordered a Field Roast Celebration Roast for us, but I'm bringing along the Gardein Stuffed Turk'y Roast in case I don't like the Field Roast. We'll probably also have green beans, stuffing, and potatoes.
I put the vegetables in a salad, meat, eggs and beans, lettuce, tomato, onion cooked Cantaloupe add your favorite dressing.
Spinach and Tempeh, chick peas, pasta, gourmet vegan salad, vegan Russian caramel, dal, rice, curried eggplants, mixed vegies, vegan cutlets with spicy chilli sauce.
I recently made maple roasted brussel sprouts with walnuts that even my six year olds kids enjoyed.
Enchilada Casserole for my vegetarian family with black beans instead of meat.
