Why not to eat raw bananas?!

Question: Why not to eat raw bananas?
I heard somewhere that it's not good to eat raw bananas. Why?

Answers:

Most people do eat raw bananas but ripe.
Eating unripe bananas can be harmful because they contain proteins that inhibit amylase, an enzyme that digests complex carbohydrates.
You can also cook banana like making into French toast, pancakes, fried bananas and etc but use overripe bananas instead.

It's better to eat raw bananas. Cooked bananas(heated) turns the starch in the bananas to sugar, and believe me, a LOT of sugar. I'm not sure why anyone would think raw bananas aren't good for you, but i would rather have fiber and starch to help my body get energy then get high off banana sugar.

google

You mean green, unripe bananas?

I ate boiled green bananas for the first time in Jamaica. I like it.

I guess you could eat raw green bananas if you want, but most people probably wouldn't think it tastes very good.
