I am trying to be healthier I need tips please.?!
P.S. I know vegetables and grains and protein are necessary, but how much of each food and/or exercise ? Thanks very much! :)

Don't stay up too late at night...get good sleep...drink your milk!...one-a-day vitamin....and don't forget plenty of water....and 3 square meals a day.
An easy first step is to cut out some of the soda, and replace it with juice or water. Exercise helps build stronger muscles, which in turn makes stronger bones. It sounds like you get plenty of exercise. If you want healthier snacks, but don't want to lose weight, you could try eating trail mix, which is a mix of nuts and dried fruit. Nuts are healthy, but still pretty high in calories, so you won't have to worry about losing weight if you snack on them. And fruit gives you lots of vitamins.
eat a lot of salad
go to the gym or go on a jog
drink a lot of water with flavor instead of pop
you can have some junk food every once in a while but focus a lot on stuff with low sugar and fat
Its never easy living healthy but when you get up in the morning to going to bed at nite makes sure you monitor what your eating, eat when your hungry and when yoou do eat try and encorporate as much as all the food groups as you can think about what your eating and taste it, eat in small bites and cheww alot so you digest it easyier go for a walk evry day any where even if its just round your block and if its to hard buy a dog then you have to go out every day drink at least a liter of water each day and im guessing you now about eating 5 fruit and veg each day so apply your mind to what yopur doing because that is half the battle.
