A Lipoprotein is lipid or fat bound to a protein. They are generally classified by the density of the lipids to the protein. Cholesterol is a lipoprotien. But not all lipoproteins are cholesterol. A LDL is a Low Density Lipoprotien. An HDL is a High Density Lipoprotein. All animal sources of protein contain Cholesterol. But since all cholesteral are also lipoprotien your answer would be both A and B.
I lipase is an enzyme to break down fats. Bile is one example and is used by your digestive tract to digest fats. Most meats do not contain lipase. Likewise they are not found in eggs or milk.
Cholesterol is only found in animal products. It is produced by a liver only. So if you have a liver, you got cholesterol.
Lipase is an ENZYME that digests lipids... it ends in ASE, the generic ending on ALL enzymes.
