Just before Christmas? well that was a stupid decision.
Boca, Morningstar Farms, Lightlife, Amy's Kitchen, Annie's Homegrown, Quorn, Worthington, Yves, Tofurky, and Tofutti are brands of vegetarian products that can be found at Whole Food stores/Health Food stores, and big chain supermarkets like Pathmark, Stop & Shop, and Shop Rite.
Ask your parents if they can give you $10 a week to buy imitation meat products. That's enough to buy a box of veggie burgers, a block of tofu, and a pack of vegan deli slices for sandwiches.
For breakfast, you can eat cereal with soy milk, rice milk, almond milk, or cow's milk.
You can also eat pancakes, eggs with toast, bagels with jelly or cream cheese, unfrosted poptarts(the frosted ones have gelatin), oatmeal, etc.
For lunch/dinner, you can eat baked beans, veggie burgers, BBQ tofu, bean burritos, spaghetti without meatballs, top ramen oriental flavored soup, tacos with beans, plantain turnovers with rice, etc.
For Christmas, Morningstar Farm's Vegan Riblets, Quorn's imitation turkey roast, and Worthington's vegetarian dinner roast are great. The one from Morningstar is the cheapest. A box of riblets costs $4.00.
Good luck.

you can eat vegetables, stirfrys, vegetarian lasagna (with chilli beans), salads, risolls and just about any meal that has meat in it, simply without it. try to get your mum to research being "vegeterian" with you, you'll find heaps of recipes, tell her that this is something your really passionate about. don't give into them, or their criticism. im a level 6 Vegan, and i find it really easy with my diet, actually, easier than with animal products. you know, you can even have spaghetti bolenase!! :) xx goodluck
level 6 Vegan for 2 years
I just don't believe you live in a house without bread or pasta or vegetables or fruit of cereal or the thousand other non dead animal foods people keep to eat? No tea or coffee? No cheese or crackers? No cake or biscuits? No noodles or rice? No jam or marmalade? No onions, potatoes, carrots, celery, broccoli, parsnips, peas, peppers, chillies, sweetcorn, leeks, swede, sweet potatoes, beetroot, bean sprouts, cabbage, brussel sprouts, kale, turnips, tomatoes, lettuce etc? No garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander etc? No mayo or ketchup? No eggs? No porridge or milk? No honey or bananas? No peanuts?
I used to be in your situation. I'm 13 now and I went vegetarian two years ago when I was 11. At first my parents tryed to talk me out if it and said stupid things like "in other places they eat meat" ,"this is a fake american thing" and "what will you do for protein?" obviously not knowing about the health benifits of my choice or about factory farming. Than one day mom told me she respected my decision!. My sister eaven wants to go veg. It took a while but I did get my parents to let me. Give it time. Explain why you chose to do this and show them videos like meat your meat,Earthlings and food.Inc. Don't worry about protein or not being able to eat. My mom replaces meat for me with eggs, beans, crackers, hummus, veggie burgers and tofu. You can introduce your family to more vegetarian food from different countries and hopefully they too will make the healthy, happy decision.
Merry Christmas

Seriously? There are tons of normal things you can eat. Chips, mac and cheese, toast, eggs, cakes, cookies, pan cakes, and tons more.
Legumes (beans) are the easiest meat substitute out there. Look at Mediterranean recipes, they eat a lot of delicious meat-free dishes.
