Pasta can often contain eggs, and wheat bread often contains honey. Several Kashi products are vegan, but not all. As with everything else, just check the ingredients first.

It really depends on the brand. Some whole wheat pasta has egg whites in it, and some bread has milk products in it. You just have to read the label.
