In the District of Columbia, I suggest you contact your produce markets.
I have never bought them but I might suggest these places in the area:
Korean Korner: 12207 Veirs Mill Road, Silver Spring, MD (301) 933-2000 ?
Han Ah Reum Mart (Hmart): 12015 Georgia Ave, Silver Spring, MD (301) 942-5071 ?
Super H Mart: 10780 Fairfax Boulevard, Fairfax, VA (703) 273-0570 ?
Chinatown Market: 521 H Street Northwest, Washington D.C., DC 20001 (202) 842-0130 ?(I have never been in this place but I have been past and it is small so they may not have what you are looking for)
There are also a host of smaller Asian markets around the area so you might try looking around online.
