I would take the unfinished burrito along with the foreign objects to Albertson's so they can write a report just in case you do have some side affects in the future.

Personally, I would call the number on the wrapper and complain to someone. They'll typically ask for a number on the wrapper ( it represents the batch that was made on a certain date in a certain factory) and they'll use that info to check other possibly dangerous products. Then they will probably offer you coupons or gift promos.
If I can't talk to a live person on the phone, then I would google their website and email the company about the issue, including the number I mentioned above.

Amy's is a pretty good brand, and I would expect them to respond promptly.

Call Amys and talk to the manager immediately. Tell them what happened, go down there if you have to and take the remaining said burrito, and the plastic. They may not believe you so stand your ground. Do not let them bully you. At the very least they should give you a free meal and your money back.

I would take a picture and send a strongly worded e-mail. I'm kind of surprised, honestly. Everything I've ever had of Amy's has been pretty high quality for prepared food.

on the packaging there should be some sort of assistance number on there you should call them and explain what you found.

take it back to albertsons and show them what you bit into
