How did I do today as a vegetarian?!
Lunch: Salad (Lettuce, tomato, carrots)
Dinner: 4 Morning Star Chick'n nuggets, glass of silk soy milk
Snack: A banana
And I have 10 cups of water. How did I do? It's 11pm so I'm going to bed soon. I woke up at 9am.
Answers:
Aren't you hungry!? That is literally about 600 calories and you've been up for 15 hours.
Try adding a grain and some more calories to your meals.
For breakfast, have cereal or oatmeal and your orange
For lunch, add some almonds or sunflower seeds
And for dinner add some steamed broccoli or a granola bar.
And you can have a couple more snacks.
Sounds like you need a lot more grains, protein and calcium.
One glass of soymilk doesn't have enough calcium for one day! I recommend two or more cups of Spinach in your salad, instead of plain lettuce.
You can't expect to get your daily protein from four fake nuggets! I suggest having a breakfast of toast and peanut butter or sun butter, or oatmeal with lots of nuts mixed in. Nuts are yummy, energizing, and have the oils you need.
I would also suggest eating more carbohydrates--good energy from whole grains like bread and pasta.
If you continue your scimpy diet, you'll get hungry and cranky and soon lose heart and want to quit. Whether or not your diet is for the animals rights or for weight loss, try eating more hearty food to keep you healthy.
Vegan
Holy crap, you need to eat more. Get some grains in there, and some beans maybe. And fat. For breakfast, with the orange, you could have oatmeal with blueberries, sunflower seeds, and some brown sugar. Cinnamon adds a nice touch, too. For lunch, you can keep the salad, but maybe just have it as a side. Cook up some quinoa with cumin, corn, and black beans in vegetable broth. For dinner, eat some steamed veggies with the nuggets.
Vegan. :K
It doesn't sound like your eating enough.
But if you do plan on being a vegetarian you will need for things like iron and protein in your diet.
This just means maybe a boiled egg and wholeweat toast for breakfast or something. aand including morre spinach or fish into your diet.
I think this is not enough for you.
If you are having fruits in the breakfast then it's ok.
But have some good solid lunch.
Because only fruits are not going to provide you energy.
Include every type of food..

Scrap the chicken nuggets and have a decent lunch, chicken fillet and some veggies, and some more grains, couple of water biscuits wil do
How did you do? Not too good. You need to eat enough calories to maintain your body functions. You aren't. Your body will start cannibalizing itself unless you meet its basic needs.
So, the Morning Star Chick'n nuggets are the tofu fake chicken things right? How are they? I've always wondered. Sounds like you're on a diet which may or may not be a good thing.
need to eat more fruits but not too bad
wow, haha I eat anything thats not meat! So I don't even eat that much health stuff
It's healthy. For one day. But it seems a little bit 'lazy' healthy, just grabbing something that's easy other than actually putting thought into it. As others said you need more carbohydrates and protein and you can integrate these into your diet with just small alterations.
For Breakfast, muesli is a good idea with sunflower seeds and almonds. Or some wholegrain toast with egg (if you're not vegan, which it seems like you are) or avocado. Or some yoghurt with oats and berries. Then the orange would be a good idea for a mid-morning snack. Once again, there's really not much substance to the salad if it's just lettuce, tomato and carrots. Adding some (as another answer said) quinoa, tofu or cous cous as well as some other vegetables like cucumber, capsicum and spinach would vastly improve quality (and taste!) of the meal. We don't have those 'Morning Star' things here, I don't think so I'm not really sure of how healthy they are, it seems that they're just some of 'pop in the oven things', no? If this was just a lazy day, then fine. But I certainly wouldn't recommend having something like this often as it is vastly better to actually whip something up yourself. For your carbohydrates and something easy, a bit of pasta would be good with a simple sauce. Here's my favourite: Boil some pumpkin until it's soft, whizz it in the food processor with a bit of garlic, sage and olive oil and simply pour over your pasta. You can get wholegrain pasta now, which is much better for you and a tip for making a small amount of pasta go along way is to just put heaps of sauce over it! Especially if it's that healthy and easy! I'd recommend just investing in a simple recipe book for days like today, when you are feeling lazy so instead of just shoving something in the oven you can actually make something nice!
However for one day, your diet is fine. Particularly a day so close to Christmas when you'll be stuffing your face. But if you were going to be doing any sort of strenuous physical activity, then I'd recommend a bit more substance.
