If you are in doubt, please leave well alone. Why not try making your own, then you know what is in it.

I was a very strict vegetarian, and cut out a lot of things.

Most foods do not say suitable for vegetarians.
When I am not sure if it is suitable for me (vegetarian) I look at the ingredients and cross them off if i know they are safe and then i just do a quick google search looking for the ingredients I don't know. I usually use Wikipedia and see if they are plant based or stuff like that.

If i cant find it on Wikipedia, I just search in google "is (insert ingredient here) vegetarian" and they usually get a lot of answers.

Hope you find that helpful

I can't say without having seen the ingredients. I can't find them over Google. Could you post them?

The one thing I would automatically consider, because they're cheesy snacks, is the presence of enzymes. Which doesn't automatically make them unsuitable for vegetarians, but because it's not required to label WHICH enzymes, they could contain rennet, which is not suitable for vegetarians.

depends, what type of veg. are you. Vegans don't eat animal products which includes eggs, milk. Whey is made from milk and is in all kinds of packaged food. Very difficult to be on such a strict diet.

Others just don't eat meats, which is a bit easier.

I've heard that their fine to eat for vegetarians

They served vegis in the sauce

maybe they have gelatin in it? i never heard of them.

maybe.
