None, not even bacteria. We and all the living things around us are organic life forms. All organic processes need water either directly in the process or part of the medium in which it occurs. Nothing on this planet can survive without water.
Even a Kangaroo Rat gets its water from seeds. The same way as you get water from fruit. It does not have to be always in a liquid form. ALL animals need water.
I really have never heard of this animal before and you probably saw it in a dream or something lol. The only thing I can find on google is some weird thing called "Engro Pots" but I have a feeling its completely fake. Thats probably what you were thinking of though. Theres nothing on Wikipedia about it so its obviously not real :p
