I am losing half a pound a day, is that possible?!
Breakfast: Tea
Lunch: a baked sweet potato and carrots
Dinner: 3/4 of a cup, (cooked), home boiled oatmeal with dried fruit
Snack: veggies and if I feel like it a few whole wheat pretzels
Usually. I am losing .6 of a pound a day, probably because I used to eat about 1,000 calories a day, and now I eat around 300?
Btw, I am vegan
I went from 109 pounds to 106.6, I am 5'3 and don't exercise a lot right now, since I am on vacation from school.

This is a lot of water weight. You can't gain or lose fat that quickly. You'd be much more successful in the long run if you ate around 1,200-1,400 calories a day and did some cardio for 30 minutes three or more times a week.
Vegan
When you start to reduce the amount of food you eat you also lose a lot of fluid. This fluid loss will balance out after a week or 2. So although you are losing .6 of a lb in weight a day a lot of that will be fluid. You are not losing .6 lb of fat each day.

i eat 200 cals a day and i only lose... well, it varies but still!!! not tht much...
anywho, yea, its possible, like the first guy said, u reduce cals u lose weight, and some of it might be fat... not just water weight... anywho... i think its mostly water weight tho....
