Vegetarian
Ignore answer one. This individual is obviously ignorant and un aware of the health benifits that come with this diet. Why do so many doctors reccomemd vegetarian diets?. Is it cause we have reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, obesity and diobeties or cause of the "bad heath".
For protein you can eat anything with beans, nuts, seeds, leafy greens, whole grains and eggs. You most likly are all ready eating theese so you shouldn't worry. You should worry about heart disease and cancer because those are the leading causes of death in this country (if you live here) if you have a YA! account you probably don't live in a third world country where protein is an issue. For b12 eat nutritional yeast. Don't listen to people incapable of learning something.
