Is ricotta cheese ok to eat out of the container?!
I'm just wondering.
I'm making stuffed peppers and putting diced tomatos mixed with ricotta cheese in it and cooking it in the oven.
Is that ok??
Do you have to cook the ricotta for it to be safe or no?
And also, since i'm making this in the oven, i was going to preheat it for 350 & i was going to cook it for about 35 minutes.
Do you think thats a good time to cook some peppers?

of course, its like normal cheese. its really good if you add sugar into ricotta cheese and eat it.
If that's what you like, go for it. Personally, I like ricotta in lasagna and such but not overly fond of it straight from the container.
350 degrees for 35 minutes?? Darling I cook corn bread faster than that.
yes and test your oven product
